Otto’s French restaurant is famous for providing one of the best private dining rooms in London. You can book a bespoke experience at our private dining restaurant at 182 Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1X 8EW, which is available throughout the week from Monday to Sunday.

Table Configuration

The Private Room seats up to 24 guests on a single table with one head at either end of the table or up to 32 guests on 3 tables.

Cost and Minimum numbers

We are pleased to inform you that we do not charge a room hire fee for use of The Private Room.

A minimum of 12 guests is required for private use of the room.

We can accommodate smaller groups from 6 guests (a minimum spend will apply).

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking for The Private Room, please call the restaurant with card details.   We like to avoid charging any cancellation fee and we would politely ask you to cancel at least 7 days in advance of your booking in order for us to refund your deposit fully. 

Food Order

Please pre-order your menu and advise us of your guests’ choices no later than 5 working days prior to the event.

Aperitif and Wines

Pre-ordering the aperitif and wines to accompany your meal are essential.  Again, we require notice of 5 working days prior to your event.
